This is an urgent message for parents of children who attend Hursthead Junior School.
Due to significant flood damage during the holidays, school will open for pupils on Wednesday 8th September and not on Tuesday 7th September. The Infant school will be open as normal.

Tom Palmer is a best-selling football writer and I am excited to announce that his exciting new story is going to be written daily during the World Cup 2010! The story will feature football detective Danny Harte and a new chapter will be posted on the following website Monday to Friday each week of the competition! Tom has promised that the story will feature the latest events from the World Cup and with only 800 words a day, there will still be plenty of time to catch all of the matches!!
